Individual Note:
     According to Sydney A. Burridge, and an interview with James Joeph Parks, Thomas Fredrick was born in England then immigrated to Canada. He served in the English Army and then The 1st Canadian Mounted Rifles and was captured in WW1 by the Germans in June of 1916 while serving in France. Not sure which country he was serving when captured.
